The beauty of the Northern California landscape speaks in an endless vocabulary of color, shape, texture and line. From the pounding rocky coast to the dramatic heights of the Sierra mountain range I find endless opportunities to capture images with pencil on paper and paint on canvas. I have lived on, experienced and loved this unique landscape for more than thirty years.
Steve Holler has gained international recognition as a graphic designer and creative director. During a thirty year career he has assisted Fortune 500 corporations in the design of brand identities and marketing communications. Mr. Holler has also held the positions of Assistant Professor of Art at Auburn University, California State University, Dominquez Hills, and the Rochester Institute of Technology. Mr. Holler currently serves on the faculty of The Art Institute of California - Sacramento. Steve Holler holds an MFA from the California College of the Arts and a BFA from the Kansas City Art Institute. Steve lives with his wife Jeannie in Rancho Murieta and The Sea Ranch, California.
